Processing Times

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at Infogetyourglow@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
